The Avenues was the perfect accommodation for our large family, with plenty of space for everyone. We were thrilled that Melbourne Stadium was just a stone's throw away, allowing us to easily enjoy sports events and concerts. The house itself was clean and comfortable, providing us with all the amenities we needed, including free parking and Wi-Fi. The host was excellent with communication and even left us delightful complementary snacks. We couldn't have asked for a better location and experience for our family trip.

For dads, it would be great to have more garden furniture available, especially a table and more chairs. The weather was fantastic during our stay, and it would have been wonderful to enjoy our meals outside in the beautiful garden.

I absolutely adored the charming decor of The Avenues! The hotel had a lovely and elegant style that made me feel like I was transported to a bygone era. The general areas were beautifully maintained, and there were comfortable seating areas where I could relax and enjoy the ambiance. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff was so helpful and accommodating, and they made sure that everything was easily accessible for me. I didn't have to worry about any stairs or long walks, as everything was conveniently located on the ground floor. It made my stay so much more enjoyable and stress-free.

If I could ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be for the children working there to provide a wider variety of activities for us. While the hotel had plenty of amenities and comfortable spaces, it would have been wonderful to have more organized activities specifically tailored to the needs and interests of senior guests.
